This month is regular class. It is important to attend regularly so that we can finish dances and be prepared for unscheduled performances. Costumes will be ordered this month.
February 23rd & 24th will be Winter Dance Attack for all Jr. and Company members. It is not mandatory but highly recommended.
Dance Attack is a small convention with only four studios. The directors of these studio's fly in master choreographers from New York and L.A. I will be receiving detailed information soon and will post it as soon as possible. Tuition is $130. You will also have to pay for lodging and food. Encore Dance Studio is very lucky to be invited to this prestigious Convention where your dancer will receive personal attention and knowledge in Tap Jazz Lyrical Hip-hop and Ballet. Those who attend this convention will be in the routines learned and will perform them for the Year End Show.
May will be our Year End Show at the Price Civic Auditorium. Mandatory attendance is required for the week of the performance. Dress rehearsals will be the 2nd, and 3rd at the Auditorium during regular class times. Those who do not regularly attend class on Wed. and Thurs are required to be to dress rehearsal's. Please schedule appropriate changes.
